  1. This is so relatable. I do feel like time is never enough for all the things I want to do. Social media is so much time consuming. I’ve never done a detox, I think I should try it. Being more present and enjoying our life as it happens can be a daunting challenge but it is very much my goal!

    1. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Fran. As much as I love social media, I can totally recommend a digital detox every now and then. Just to take time to breathe, live in the moment and enjoy the present is so relaxing. I guess it’s about having a good balance between being online and offline. Please let me know when you tried it, how it was for you 🙂

  2. I agree like everything else too much of technology and social media is harming. Detox is always Amazing! I agree so much!! I remember I saw a photo of one of my friend and it just made me feel so ugly, like she looked so pretty and next thing I know I am sad that I don’t look good or whatever , I know it’s pathetic but that’s how we react , right?

    1. I guess the beauty industry does its part of making us feel that our looks are the most important but true beauty lies within and you are one of the most beautiful people I know. You are kind, smart, warm-hearted, caring, supporting and simply amazing 🤗
